These terms govern your purchase and use of Operator Class products, provided under the Operator Class brand. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

Build Real Software With AI Agents (Founding Edition) is a recorded course with templates and teardowns. Access is a personal, non-transferable license for one person. Don't redistribute, resell, or share the materials.

Access & delivery

This is a founding edition with manual fulfillment. After purchase, Stripe sends your receipt or invoice, and we send onboarding within 1 business day. The first modules are scheduled to arrive by 17 June 2026. A full course portal, automated entitlements, or instant LMS access are not part of this founding validation phase.

Payments & tax

Operator Class is the seller for this founding offer. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes are calculated and collected at checkout according to our Stripe tax setup and the billing or tax information you provide. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Refunds

14-day refund if you do the first two modules and it isn't for you. Request a refund by emailing hello@operatorclass.co.

No guarantees

We teach a method and provide proof. We do not guarantee revenue, business results, or that any tool will remain unchanged. Higher-touch review and audits are sold separately and scoped explicitly.

Acceptable use

Use the materials lawfully. We may revoke access for sharing or reselling content.

Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
